wait ... there's more!

The cross is not the end of the story. Not for Jesus, not for you. It's not the end for the devastated people of the Gulf Coast, where our sister Kirsten is serving with a group of volunteers this week. It's not the end for the poor in Latin America, where Anna is hoping to work this summer. It's not the end for homeless folks right here in Boston, many of whom call The Crossing their home. I don't know if you believe in bodily resurrection. But in this season of Easter, I hope you realize that - although the cross is real - it is not, cannot, will not be the end of the story. (Can I get an "alleluia!"?)

Just making sure we're all clear. Now, for resurrection happenings @ The Crossing ...

THIS THURSDAY @ 6:30pm / Worship: We roll into the season of Easter with Penny sharing gospel reflections. Last Thursday of March = our last Thursday to celebrate Women's History Month by meditating with women poets. Driving? We validate parking @ the Boston Common Garage on Charles Street.

2nd and 4th MONDAYS @ 6:30pm / Harvard Square Scripture Chat: Every other Monday, we gather at Grendel's Den in Harvard Square for a down-to-earth conversation about God's story and our stories. Grendel's Den is located at the corner of JFK St and Winthrop St, heading toward the river, near Peet's Coffee and Staples. Contact Chris:
